Don’t have any plans for New Year’s Eve yet?

Well, now you do!

Find out what some nearby resorts have in store for Saturday, mid- and apres-shred >>>

Mountain Creek – Spend Saturday night at the Kink’s New Year’s Eve Bash which includes an open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, champagne toast and a live DJ. 10pm – 2am, or go all out & book an overnight package at the resort.

Windham – Ring in 2012 with the whole family. The resort invites everyone to enjoy live music, kid’s entertainment, a fireworks display, champagne toast & more — all FREE at Windham’s New Year’s Celebration.

Hunter - Tailgating, live music, free stuff, fireworks and a parade? Yes, please. Hunter is doing New Year’s & doing it right. NYE entertainment begins at 4pm.

Gore – Watch Chris Ballini perform live in the Tannery Pub at North Creek from 2 – 6pm. Afterwards, Gore’s offering half-price tickets for tubing & skiing late-night. Live entertainment from Chip Cavalier and free cookies for kids starting at 6pm.

Whiteface Lake Placid – Make New Year’s memorable with a one-of-a-kind experience & try luging at Whiteface’s Olympic Sports Complex! If you’re looking for something slightly less intense, listen to live music at the Cloudspin Lodge or glide around the ice at the 4th Annual Skate into New Years Party.

Jack Frost/ Big Boulder Park – Stop by the new Tbar at Big Boulder for live music by Fake Uncle Jack from 4-8pm, then take the party over to the Boulder View Tavern for their NYE at BVT party from 9pm to 2am. Over at Jack Frost, Jimmy and the Parrots will be playing from E-200 from 3 to 7pm.

Bear Creek – The base lodge area of BCMR will kick off their New Year’s Eve party at 7pm. They have tons of free & family-friendly events planned including sumo wrestling, a snow ball fight,  ice carving, an ice bar and delicious mock-tails.

Mount Snow - Party into 2012 with some of your 500 closest friends (or people you have never seen before in your life) at the Snow Barn. After you get the little ones ready for bed (they’ll be wiped out after the Grommit Jam at Carinthia), sneak out to catch Twiddle perform at Mount Snow & Bud Light’s NYE.

Stratton – The mountain’s got a Rockin New Year’s Eve planned complete with a Torchlight Parade, 21 Jump Salute & fireworks display. Kids will have a blast at the 50th Anniversary Party in the Main Base Lodge with crafts, live music & entertainment while the adults can head up to Grizzly’s at 8:30 for a buffet, swing dancing, live music by the Lustre Kings & a midnight toast.

Killington – Get your dance on at the Wobbly Barn - NJ band Sideways will be playing everything from dance & top 40 to metal & funk. Doors open at 8pm for those with pre-purchased tickets – get yours online, at the Wobbly Barn Steakhouse or Ovations Restaurant. If you feel like getting classy, the Killington Grand Resort Hotel will be hosting a New Years dinner at Ovations with a celebration in the Oscar Wilde Ballroom to follow. Guests will enjoy a live DJ, hors d’oeuvres, dancing, party favors, and a champagne toast.
