Returns & Exchange

We will issue a full refund on all merchandise that is new or unused within 30 days of receipt. Packages must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Mount Everest reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the order total. Packages must be returned prepaid. Exchanges will qualify for free shipping on the new order.
