Fit, Comfort + LinerMedium fit. The versatile fitting last combines an exanded volume forefoot and toe box (103mm) with a snug fitting ankle area to accommodate a wide range of foot shapes. The Axion 9 comes with Dalbello's TRUFIT custom fit system liner. Though the liners are engineered to fit comfortably right out of the box, the innerboots may be custom heat formed using a heat molding procedure done in our ski shop.
Construction + MaterialsBi-injected polyether transparent shell with a Dynalink Rearfoot Retention system. This rearfoot closure holds the heel in place and minimizes sliding and heel lift for improved control and preformance. The Axion 9 has 4 microadjustable F-500 Alu buckles for fine tuning. There is also a walk/ski mechanism to reduce strain and allow a greater range of movement for walking. Ramp Angle Inclinator (Heel Lift) to achieve a proper balanced position over your skis.
