Returns & Exchanges
Returns for In-Store Purchases:
Merchandise can be returned for a full refundwithin 10 days and exchanged within 30 dayswith receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items of 30% or more can be returned for a refund within 5 days and exchanged within 14 days for a store credit with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued with same payment method as original payment. Cash refunds exceeding $20 will be issued by check within 7 days. Returns for Web Order:
Items ordered online can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

All items must be unused with all original manufacturing tagging and packaging attached. Mount Everest reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
For Exchanges on Web Orders:
Please include a completed return form & allow 5-7 business days for receiving and processing.
Skis, Snowboards, Skateboards
Once equipment is mounted, assembled or adjusted, the equipment and/or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once shoes or boots have been worn they cannot be exchanged. Mount Everest recommends wearing boots indoors to keep the treads clean while testing fit. Returns or exchanges are not permitted for a boot that has been heat-molded or customized for fit.
For any repairs, replacements or refunds that fall under a product warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. Mount Everest can help facilitate returns and replacements of defective products within their warranty period. Ultimately, the manufacturer makes the determination if a product meets the requirements for replacement.
