K2 Cold Shoulder Snowboard

Designed for the intermediate- to- expert snowboarder, the K2 Cold Shoulder features a Combination Camber profile that places camber in between the feet for snap, stability, and adds rocker profile outside the bindings for playful and intuitive turn initiation. A small amount of rise in the tail helps keep the board lively and predictable, while a long-extended rocker profile in the tip helps to ease turn initiation and float in powder.

The Cold Shoulder is built upon our sustainably harvested Rhythm™ Core - which is comprised of Aspen and Paulownia, the world’s fastest-growing hardwood. This combination of materials was chosen to reduce weight in the tip and tail without sacrificing strength and performance. The Cold Shoulder is wrapped in ICG™ 10 Biax Fiberglass with tip-to-tail carbon stringers for dependable edge hold on long traverses or carving at any speed.

The Cold Shoulder is an all-mountain women’s snowboard made to do it all while giving you the confidence to show ‘em what’s what, anywhere on the hill.

Construction + Core

Aspen Core - A single species lightweight wood core that delivers smooth flex and lively rebound. Rhythm™ Core - Women’s specific core shaping and profiling. Sustainably harvested timber reduces weight and adds maneuverability while retaining strength and liveliness.
Biax Glass - A fiberglass weave intersecting at 90º angles provides the proper torsional flexibility and strength. ICG™ 10 Biax Carbon Glass - Integrating Carbon Fiber stringers that run the length of the board into our fiberglass increases the snap of the snowboard without adding unnecessary rigidity.
Catch-Free™ Tune - A 2° bevel and factory detuned tip and tail reduce falls and make linking smooth turns more achievable. Hybritech™ Sidewall Construction - A K2 exclusive. By transitioning from a P-Tex sidewall into a capped construction in the tip and tail of our snowboards, we can reduce waste while giving our snowboards better energy transfer and making them more durable than our competitors.
