New for the 2017 Seasonal Lease event is the FIVE4FREE program where kids five and under get a Free Seasonal Lease. This includes everything you need to get started; a set of skis or snowboard, boots, and a Free Lift Ticket and Lesson to Campgaw. Priced at $88 during the lease event and usually $108 during the regular season, this seasonal lease is now offered for free. Stop by the shop to get fitted while supplies last!

Here’s your opportunity to kick off the season with killer deals on past seasons gear, a chance to swap your old ski and board for cash or store credit, snag exclusive offers, enter for giveaways and grab a bite from some of NJ’s best food trucks.

Let’s break it down.

The Swap

Here’s how it works. You bring us your gear, register & set your price and we’ll get it out the door.

1. Bring your old gear to Campgaw.

• Mount Everest will be on site accepting gear September 29^th from 10am – 6pm.
• All gear must be clean and in good repair.
• Skis, Boards, Boots and Bindings accepted.
• Boots must be DIN and bindings must meet current indemnification standards.

2. Register & set your own price.

• Leave us some contact details so we can inform you when your old gear has been sold.
• Set your price with the help of our on site experts.

3. Sit back, relax and collect some cash.

• When your product sells you receive sell price, less 20%, or 100% store credit.

The Sale 

We know new equipment is expensive, so while you’re unloading your old gear for us to sell why not bring your setup out of the dark ages for as much as 80% off some of this past season’s sickest gear.

Skiers, keep an eye open for exclusive package deals on Elan products great for the beginner or intermediate level. For those who stand sideways, we’ve got killer Rome packages.

Flour City’s 4th Annual Hunter Hell Track will be held this Saturday March 22nd.  This year the skate-style course will be slightly toned down but,  even longer than last years! Hunter Hell Track is free to enter and there will be 75 public spots open to snowboarders only of all ages.  The event is always a nonprofit event and once again we will be raising money for Hoods to Woods Foundation.

Final registration will be held at the Yurt from 10am-11:30am.  A riders meeting will be held at the Yurt prior to the contest at 11:30am. The contest runs from Noon until completion.  The Awards / Prizes will be handed out to the top 3 overall times within each division after the final racer crosses the finish line.

Divisions are based around the ages who have signed up so far:
Young Bucks 13 – 17
Younger Amateurs 18 – 35
Older Amateurs 35+
Women Amateurs

The Official After Party will be held once again at The Spinning Room with Tim MacKenzie’s band The Stripdown. This is a 21+ event and $5 at the door. So, wax your shred unit and show your support for Hoods to Woods by shredding a skate-style rhythm course at Hunter Mountain!

Mountain Creek sure knows how to cure the warm weather blues with their Spring Pipe Jam! Come out this Saturday, March 15 to see who can throw down the highest air or best method. Free to participate (lift ticket required). Dress for a day at the beach and get a $25 Lift Ticket. There will be 6 divisions and prizes for time, overall style, and costume. *Helmets Required

Volcom Peanut Butter and Rail Jam is coming to Mountain Creek, Saturday Feb. 15th. Come out and compete for $500 cash and a change to win 15 grand or just come cheer on some talented local shredders. There will be free give aways, free food and probably some sweet bails so it should be fun!

Free to enter — registration will begin at 8am at the south lodge.
